We are looking for an experienced Food Services Manager to oversee daily operations of food service departments including meal planning, staff supervision, food safety, and quality control. The role ensures excellent customer service, compliance with health regulations, and efficient food service delivery.
Manage day-to-day cafeteria/kitchen operations
Supervise and train kitchen and service staff
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
Plan menus and ensure meal quality and presentation
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues
Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Ensure equipment maintenance and kitchen cleanliness
Leadership and team management
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Inventory and cost control experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma (required)
Degree in Hospitality/Food Services (preferred)
Previous experience in food service management preferred
