We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Psych Therapist / Clinical Social Worker to provide therapeutic counseling, mental health assessments, and evidence-based treatment planning for patients with behavioral, emotional, and psychological challenges. This role will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being and continuity of care.
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy sessions (individual, group, and family) using evidence-based practices.
Support patients with mental health disorders, trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate behavioral health services into overall care.
Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support when needed.
Assist patients in accessing community resources, support programs, and aftercare services.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Current Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW/LICSW/CSW) in [State].
Prior experience in behavioral health, mental health therapy, or psychiatric care.
Strong communication, empathy, and crisis management skills.
Experience with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and family therapy.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
