Job Title: Leadership Director of Regulatory Compliance
Job Summary:
As the Leadership Director of Regulatory Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of regulatory compliance within the organization. You will ensure that the company is in full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards. This role will involve developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting audits and assessments, and providing guidance and training to staff members.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance
- Provide guidance and training to staff members on compliance issues
- Work with regulatory agencies and external auditors as needed
- Investigate and respond to compliance violations or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to improve compliance processes
- Analyze data and reports to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory agencies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, law, or regulatory compliance
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs
- Certification in regulatory compliance (e.g. CRCM, CCEP) preferred
