Job Title: Supervisor Social Work
Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor Social Work to oversee our team of social workers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing guidance and support to social workers, ensuring high quality services are delivered to clients. The Supervisor Social Work will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, conducting staff evaluations, and providing leadership and mentorship to the team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide supervision and guidance to a team of social workers
- Monitor caseloads and ensure timely completion of client assessments and treatment plans
- Conduct staff evaluations and provide feedback on performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in social work
- Handle escalated client cases and provide crisis intervention when necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social work, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing social work practice
