Job Title: Physician Urology
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Urology to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients with urological conditions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various urological disorders, conducting surgeries when necessary, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Perform comprehensive urological evaluations and assessments.

3. Perform a variety of urological procedures and surgeries, including but not limited to prostatectomies, cystoscopies, and lithotripsies.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
7. Stay current on advancements in urological research and technology.
8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Medical degree from an accredited institution.
2. Residency training in urology.
3. Board certification in urology.
4. Valid state medical license.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work well in a team environment.
7. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
8. Compassionate bedside manner.
