Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician specializing in Neonatology to join our team. As a Physician Neonatology, you will be responsible for providing critical care for newborn infants, including premature babies and those with health complications. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our tiniest patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Provide medical care and treatment for newborn infants in the NICU.

2. Monitor and assess the health and development of premature and sick infants.

3. Collaborate with other specialists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.

4. Educate parents and families on newborn care, medical conditions, and treatment options.

5. Perform medical procedures as needed, including intubation, ventilation, and resuscitation.

6. Participate in rounds, conferences, and meetings to discuss patient cases and develop treatment strategies.

7. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient care and progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Medical degree from an accredited medical school.

2. Board certification in Neonatology.

3. Valid state medical license.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

6. Compassion and empathy for patients and their families.

7. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
