The Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex programs that align with organizational strategy and objectives. This role oversees multiple interrelated projects, ensures resource alignment, tracks performance metrics, manages risks, and serves as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects.
Align program goals with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure communication and accountability.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement change management strategies as needed.
Monitor progress, produce status reports, and present updates to leadership.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and internal clients as required.
Continuously evaluate program outcomes and implement process improvements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred
Experience: 5–8+ years of experience managing complex programs or portfolios
Proven experience in stakeholder management, budgeting, and resource planning
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
