📝 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospitalist Physician to join our inpatient medical team. The Hospitalist will provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, manage their treatment plans, and collaborate with specialists to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuity of care.

🏥 Key Responsibilities:

Provide inpatient care including diagnosis, treatment, and daily rounding.
Admit and discharge patients in collaboration with emergency physicians and specialists.
Monitor patients' condition and progress, and revise treatment plans as needed.
Communicate effectively with nurses, care teams, and families.
Coordinate consultations and referrals with specialty services.
Document patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system promptly and accurately.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and hospital committee work if assigned.
Provide overnight, weekend, or rotating shift coverage as needed.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and diagnostic skills
Experience in inpatient care or hospitalist role preferred
Knowledge of hospital workflows, EMR systems, and medical documentation
Compassionate bedside manner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

🌐 Work Environment:

Acute care hospital setting
Day and/or night shifts in a 7-on/7-off or flexible block schedule
Multidisciplinary team-based collaboration
