We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Administrative Provider Service Representative to support healthcare providers and internal teams by managing administrative tasks, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service accuracy. This role serves as a liaison between the organization and medical providers, contributing to the smooth operation of provider services and overall patient care delivery.
Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers via phone, email, or portal in a professional and timely manner
Assist with provider onboarding, credentialing, and contract management processes
Maintain and update provider records in internal systems and databases
Handle escalations and coordinate resolution with internal departments
Ensure accurate processing of provider data, authorizations, and claim-related issues
Support internal audits and compliance with state/federal regulations
Generate reports related to provider activity and service metrics
Provide administrative support to the Provider Services department and leadership team
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information at all times
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, provider services, or customer service
Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance plans, and HIPAA regulations
Strong computer and data entry skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
