Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgeon / Surgical Physician to join our healthcare team. The physician will provide comprehensive surgical care, manage pre- and post-operative treatment, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform surgical procedures in accordance with hospital policies and best practices.
Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor post-operative recovery and manage complications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesiologists, nurses, and specialists.
Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery, and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and reports.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and medical standards.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MBBS / MD / MS or equivalent) with a specialization in Surgery.
Valid medical license to practice.
Proven experience in surgical procedures and patient care.
Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle emergency cases.
