Physician – Neonatology
We are looking for a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our expert neonatal care team. The ideal candidate will deliver specialized medical care for premature and critically ill newborns in a Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), ensuring the best outcomes for neonates and their families. This role requires advanced knowledge of neonatal medicine, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure, collaborative environment.
Provide round-the-clock care for premature and critically ill newborns.
Perform neonatal assessments, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
Conduct procedures such as intubation, resuscitation, and advanced life support.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including NICU nurses, respiratory therapists, and pediatricians.
Counsel and support parents and families throughout the NICU journey.
Develop discharge plans and coordinate follow-up care for neonates.
Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards.
Participate in neonatal research, teaching, and training initiatives.
MD or DO degree with a subspecialty certification in Neonatology.
Board Certification/Eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
Valid, active state medical license.
Minimum 3–5 years of NICU or pediatric experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to perform in a high-stress, critical care setting.
Work in a state-of-the-art Level III/IV NICU.
