Physician – Neonatology
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatologist to join our advanced neonatal care team. The Neonatologist will provide specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), collaborating closely with nurses, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality of care to neonates and their families.
Provide comprehensive medical care for premature and critically ill newborns.
Perform assessments, diagnoses, and create treatment plans tailored to each neonate’s needs.
Lead the management of complex neonatal cases and perform life-saving interventions.
Collaborate with NICU nurses, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Counsel and support families through diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning.
Ensure compliance with neonatal care standards, protocols, and safety procedures.
Participate in teaching, training, and mentoring junior staff and residents.
Stay updated with advancements in neonatology and integrate best practices.
MD or DO degree with specialization in Neonatology.
Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Neonatology.
Valid medical license to practice as a Neonatologist.
Minimum 3–5 years of NICU or pediatric care experience preferred.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in high-stress and critical care environments.
Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
