We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leadership Administrative Director to oversee operations, manage administrative functions, and provide strategic direction to ensure organizational goals are achieved effectively. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and administrative oversight to assigned departments and teams.
Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Partner with senior executives on strategic planning and organizational growth.
Supervise staff, manage budgets, and oversee resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
Drive initiatives that enhance patient care (for healthcare) or client/customer satisfaction (for corporate).
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

📌 Requirements:

Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field).
Minimum 7–10 years of leadership/administrative experience.
Proven track record in strategic planning, staff management, and operations.
Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to adapt and lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
