Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Transplant Services to lead our multidisciplinary transplant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for improving transplant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of transplant services, including patient care, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and enhance transplant programs

Lead and mentor a team of transplant coordinators, social workers, and other professionals

Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery

Manage budget and resources to ensure financial sustainability

Requirements:

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field

5+ years of experience in transplant services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Certified in Transplant Administration (CTA) or eligible

Strong clinical background (e.g., RN, SW, or other allied health professional)
