The OB/GYN Physician provides comprehensive women’s health care, including obstetric, gynecologic, reproductive, and preventive services. The physician manages routine and high-risk pregnancies, performs gynecological exams and surgeries, and delivers compassionate patient-centered care. This role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to promote healthy outcomes for women across all life stages.
Manage routine and high-risk prenatal care.
Conduct labor & delivery, including vaginal and cesarean sections.
Monitor fetal health, perform ultrasounds, and manage pregnancy complications.
Provide postpartum care and patient education.
Perform routine annual exams, Pap smears, breast exams, and preventive screenings.
Diagnose and manage gynecologic conditions (PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, infertility, etc.).
Conduct in-office procedures (IUD insertion, biopsies, colposcopies).
Perform gynecologic surgeries—laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, minimally invasive and open surgery.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow evidence-based guidelines.
Collaborate with nurses, midwives, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and support staff.
Provide patient education regarding reproductive health, family planning, and wellness.
Participate in on-call rotations.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and hospital protocols.
Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an ACGME-approved OB/GYN residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Active, unrestricted medical license.
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
Experience in high-risk OB or minimally invasive surgery.
Fluency with EMR/EHR systems.
Strong interest in women's health outreach and community care.
