The Leadership Controller plays a central role in guiding strategic decision-making, financial planning, performance monitoring, and operational control across the organization. This role works closely with executive leadership to ensure business goals are aligned with financial insights, governance, and organizational efficiency.
Provide strategic financial insights to leadership to support business decisions.
Develop, monitor, and refine KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial controls.
Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Support leadership in organizational planning, restructuring, or change management.
Enhance decision-making through data-driven analytics and modeling.
Oversee governance frameworks and internal control systems.
Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
5+ years of experience in controlling, FP&A, business strategy, or leadership roles.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in financial tools, data analytics, and reporting platforms.
Proven capability to work with senior leadership teams.
