We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Medical Director – OB/GYN to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and operational support within the Obstetrics and Gynecology department. The ideal candidate will combine strong medical expertise with administrative leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in women’s health services.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and supervision to OB/GYN physicians, midwives, and clinical teams.
Oversee daily operations of OB/GYN services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical protocols, policies, and evidence-based practices.
Conduct patient consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and perform OB/GYN procedures as required.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and accreditation requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care coordination and patient management.
Monitor clinical performance, productivity, and outcomes; support staff training and development.
Participate in strategic planning, resource allocation, and departmental growth initiatives.
Ensure safe, ethical, and compassionate care in all obstetric and gynecologic services.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

MD/DO degree with Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
7–10+ years of clinical experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
Strong understanding of clinical operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage teams, improve workflow, and enhance patient outcomes.
